The GM4500 Glute Machine is comfortable and easy to use. The padding is stylish and soft while giving your body the support it needs to produce perfect glutes. The PLUSH KNEE PAD protects your knees and comfortably gives them support.

The PLUSH ARM PADS support your elbows while the HAND GRIPS keep your body still and help to keep you focused. Each HAND GRIP has a soft cover than protects the hands and are ergonomically designed to fit the user's hands comfortably.

The PLUSH AB PAD supports your midsection and is adjustable. All users can enjoy using the GM4500 Glute Machine by raising or lowering the PLUSH AB PAD to the most comfortable setting. All of the plush padding for the knees, elbows and abs create a clean, comfortable exercise environment that you will enjoy.

The CUSHIONED ROLLER FOAM is the contact point for the exercise. The back of your leg will push upward against the CUSHIONED ROLLER FOAM, targeting your workout on the glute muscles. The cushioned foam provides a soft contact point so you can focus your energy on the exercise.

The ROTATING ARM is naturally weighted to give you a thorough glute workout. The Easy Motion Pillow Bearings provide the ROTATING ARM with a smooth arc, and you with a fluid exercise.

To work the glute muscles, simply push the CUSHIONED ROLLER FOAM with the back of your leg. That will force the weighted ROTATING ARM upward and focus the results of the exercise on your glute muscles. Exercises that require you to push with the bottom of your foot incorrectly use your joints and can cause injury. The GM4500 Glute Machine uses the back of your leg and focuses on your glute muscles and only your glute muscles.

In addition to the standard weighting of the ROTATING ARM, you can add free weights to the GM4500 Glute Machine to intensify your glute workout. Standard free weights fit on the weight bar, and an OLYMPIC WEIGHT ADAPTER is included with the GM4500 Glute Machine for Olympic-sized free weights.
