SyncLink Technology™: Articulating foot pedal tracks the natural movement of the foot throughout the range of motion, resulting in the most comfortable, natural stride motion of any elliptical trainer.

ROC™ (Remote Operation Controls™): Our unique upper-body handle design comes with Remote Operation Controls� with "keypods" that allow the user to adjust resistance and the display without removing their hands from the handle bars.

State-of-the-Art Console: The redesigned C40 back-lit LCD console features our new tactile key touch technology, as well as seven of our most popular training programs.

Contact Heart Rate: Two locations, upper-body handles and front handlebars, for ease of use and maximum effectiveness. Cardio console also includes Polar-compatible telemetry heart rate.

I-Glide: Bushings Long-lasting synthetic bushings used in the upper and lower swing arm pivots, and in the articulating foot plate assembly are ultra-smooth, require no lubrication and are maintenance-free.
